The adventure began in 2012 when I couldn’t find a store-bought salsa I enjoyed.
In 2016, I moved to Mexico to better perfect my techniques for creating authentic salsas. While there, I opened and operated my own taco stand. The experience exposed me to many local ingredients and shared recipes. When selling my salsas and tacos in Mexico, many of the locals told me, ‘Mi amigo, you have discovered the tastes of Mexico!’
